About The Position
The General Manager (GM) will lead the supply chain operations at the Chick-fil-A Supply Distribution Center in Maryland Heights, Missouri. This role involves executing safe and effective operations to meet organizational needs while distributing millions of cases of inventory annually to Chick-fil-A Operators across the U.S. The GM will drive operational performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability through innovative supply chain management methods, while fostering relationships with various stakeholders. This position also includes participation in the establishment of a new distribution center and the refinement of operational playbooks for future facilities.
