Responsibilities

• Supervising day-to-day operations.
• Maintaining and managing retail inventory to meet demand.
• Guiding and motivating service staff to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Preparing reports, schedules, and other administrative paperwork.
• Monitoring inventory levels to meet guest demand.
• Hiring and onboarding staff to ensure optimal staffing levels.
• Ensuring exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Driving company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance, and sanitation.
• Controlling cash and receipts by adhering to cash handling procedures.
• Implementing company policies, procedures, and training programs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years restaurant/management experience in a full-service establishment.
• Strong knowledge of operations including food, beverage, staff supervision, food safety, service techniques, ordering, inventory, and guest interaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong financial and cash handling skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
