About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our resort. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage various departments, ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of hospitality while maximizing revenue and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the resort's operations, including front desk, guest relations, and housekeeping.
  • Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to optimize profitability.
  • Foster a culture of excellent customer service throughout the resort.
  • Supervise and mentor staff across various departments, ensuring high performance and professional development.
  • Oversee human resources functions, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations while ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the resort and enhance guest engagement.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or a similar role within the resort industry.
  • Strong background in customer service with demonstrated success in guest relations.
  • Familiarity with revenue management principles and practices.
  • Experience supervising teams and managing human resources functions.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
  • Knowledge of front desk operations is preferred.
