In this role, the GM will lead with integrity, fostering growth and development within the team. They will provide clear direction, delegate tasks to management staff, and ensure that all actions align with the company's goals. Regular management meetings will be conducted to communicate objectives and strategies for achieving or surpassing performance standards. The GM will also manage financial objectives through effective forecasting, budgeting, and controlling expenditures and waste, setting weekly sales and labor targets, and implementing corrective actions to meet company objectives. Additionally, the GM will oversee staffing levels, including the final approval of weekly schedules, and will hold ultimate authority over staffing decisions with support from HR. Driving sales and customer counts is a key responsibility, and the GM will lead by example in delivering an excellent customer experience. They will implement local marketing initiatives and support community involvement, ensuring that all customer complaints are addressed promptly and satisfactorily. Compliance with health, safety, and security regulations is paramount, and the GM will ensure that corrective actions are taken as necessary to maintain these standards.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of management experience or a relevant combination of education and experience.
  • ServSafe Certification preferred or able to obtain certification prior to completion of training.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, including public speaking.
  • Proficient in training, motivating, evaluating, coaching, delegating, and supervising.
  • Strong ability in math and organizational skills, and to accurately follow recipes.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Capable of prioritizing tasks, managing stress, and professionally handling customer concerns.

Benefits
