About the position

This role involves managing a team of up to 8 union frontline employees, ensuring financial accountability, and delivering exceptional customer service while adhering to culinary standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage food service operations for two cafes and a MicroMarket.
  • Oversee unit financials and ensure budget adherence.
  • Develop and lead a team of up to 8 Sodexo-paid, union frontline employees.
  • Provide stellar customer service and maintain daily contact with clients, including corporate executives.
  • Grow customer participation and manage through change effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with Sodexo culinary standards and recipes.
  • Monitor menu planning and adherence to Sodexo's 'Waste Watch' tool.
  • Focus on safety for both customers and staff.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of basic management experience.
  • 2 years of basic functional experience.
