Responsibilities

• Interview and hire outside sales representatives
• Assign and manage leads

• Conduct training, 1:1 coaching & development, and hold team meetings
• Meet personal and team sales quotas
• Motivate your team
• Conduct ride-alongs for new hires and struggling sales representatives

Requirements

• 3+ years of outside sales experience
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent customer service skills
• Go-getter attitude and motivation to put in hard work
• Alarm sales experience required
