About the position

At Prime Protection - ADT Dealer, we have been dedicated to enhancing home security and saving lives for over a decade. As one of the top-rated ADT dealers in Florida, we are seeking a General Sales Manager to spearhead our expansion efforts across the state. This role is pivotal in setting the tone for your team's success, both in the field and in the office. You will lead by example, overseeing your team's performance while also being actively involved in hiring and training new sales representatives. In this position, you will spend approximately 70% of your time in the field and 30% in the office. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of outside sales representatives who are focused on selling ADT's core products, including Home Security and Home Automation systems. In the office, your responsibilities will include interviewing and hiring new sales reps, assigning and managing leads, tracking and auditing sales performance, and conducting training sessions, one-on-one coaching, and team meetings. In the field, you will be expected to meet personal and team sales quotas, motivate your team, and conduct ride-alongs with new hires and struggling sales representatives. This role offers competitive uncapped compensation, including overrides for every sale made by your team members, monthly performance bonuses, and a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of outside sales experience
  • Valid driver's license
