About the position

At Prime Protection - ADT Dealer, we have been dedicated to enhancing home security for over a decade, establishing ourselves as one of Florida's leading ADT dealers. We are currently seeking a General Sales Manager to spearhead our expansion efforts across the state. This role is pivotal in setting the tone for your team's success, both in the field and in the office. As a General Sales Manager, you will lead by example, overseeing your team's performance while also being actively involved in hiring and training new sales representatives. In this position, you will allocate approximately 70% of your time in the field, engaging directly with customers and your sales team, while the remaining 30% will be spent in the office managing operations. Your office responsibilities will include interviewing and hiring outside sales representatives, assigning and managing leads, tracking and auditing sales performance, and conducting training sessions, including one-on-one coaching and team meetings. In the field, you will be responsible for meeting personal and team sales quotas, motivating your team, and conducting ride-alongs with new hires and struggling sales representatives to provide support and guidance. Requirements
