About the position

Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures for smooth operations including SOP
  • Oversee development and implementation of training programs for staff
  • Oversee process improvement programs to enhance operational efficiency
  • Lead strategic planning initiatives to drive business growth
  • Handle vendor management and maintain positive relationships
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team to deliver outstanding service
  • Manage and supervise daily operations to meet business goals
  • Oversee project management and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Handle budgeting, financial planning, and cash handling procedures
  • Monitor profit loss statements and implement strategies for financial success
  • Drive sales initiatives and contribute to business development efforts
  • Oversee compliance with respect to FDA guidelines related to vitamin supplements and eyelid scrubs

Requirements

  • 5 years of management experience
  • Proven experience in operations management or a related field
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
  • Proficiency in strategic planning and process improvement techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines effectively
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse team effectively
  • Experience in training development and implementing operational strategies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
