The General Manager (GM) at Airborne Adventure Park is responsible for leading the team and managing all aspects of the park's operations. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving sales and profitability. The GM will create a positive work environment, ensure brand standards are met, and foster team member relations to achieve the park's mission and success.

Responsibilities

• Create an inspiring environment for associates to succeed and reach their full potential.
• Function as a strategic leader overseeing all aspects of park operations, including guest and team member experience, human resources, financial performance, and sales.
• Develop effective strategies with the leadership team to address operational needs.
• Make key decisions and oversee execution to remove obstacles to success.
• Ensure brand standards are met to exceed guest expectations and communicate necessary follow-up actions to the team.
• Drive a sales culture through active involvement in the sales process and encourage the leadership team to develop effective revenue management strategies.
• Monitor actual sales and revenues to assess goal accomplishments and determine variances.
• Ensure all associate and business decisions align with Airborne's Mission and Core Values.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a management or leadership position.
• Proven track record of building a cohesive team and facilitating goal accomplishment.
• Ability to inspire team members and create a culture of fun, care, and accountability.
• Commitment to exceptional guest service.
• Strong communication and listening skills, with excellent speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example work style.
