The General Manager (GM) will oversee operations at a restaurant in Oklahoma City, ensuring financial performance, employee development, and operational excellence. This role includes a base salary with bonus compensation based on sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicates budget variances and financial goals to the management team and employees.
• Executes proper security and cash handling procedures, holding managers accountable.
• Performs or delegates daily and weekly inventories accurately and timely.
• Maintains labor, food, and supplies costs within budget.
• Provides clear direction and leadership to all managers and employees during each shift.
• Conducts new hire orientation and onboarding for hourly employees.
• Prepares and executes monthly management schedules for quality operations.
• Develops managers to operate shifts at or above company standards through training and coaching.
• Maintains proper employee staffing levels in the restaurant at all times.
• Ensures that all standards and procedures for recipes and food quality are consistently met.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests.
• Experience in financial management and budget adherence.
• Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds.
