About the position

The General Manager for Grown Brilliance will lead the boutique in Woodfield Mall, focusing on building dynamic store teams to create luxurious shopping experiences. This role is pivotal in driving sales and maintaining the store's reputation as a destination for fine jewelry, while also fostering a client-centric culture and ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture a clienteling culture through influential leadership.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify innovative ways to grow the business by delivering elevated and individualized client experiences.
• Leverage client feedback to enhance in-store experiences.
• Recruit and retain top talent for all positions in the store.
• Manage performance to hold team members accountable to store and individual performance goals.
• Ensure store standards are maintained through effective delegation of tasks.
• Execute in-store activations in partnership with the brand.
• Embrace learning and leverage new technologies and systems.
• Strategically build out team schedules while managing payroll effectively.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 2+ years of fine jewelry experience; certification in diamonds preferred.
• 3+ years of direct management experience.
• 4+ years in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Shopify, Endear, Slack, Google Office is a plus.
