About the position

The General Manager for Home Services will oversee operations related to turf/lawn care, tree care, and pest control. This role involves developing and executing strategies in collaboration with the ownership group, managing resources, and ensuring operational efficiency to meet financial metrics. The position requires a strong focus on customer and employee satisfaction while driving growth and managing the branch's overall operations, including P&L oversight and sales.

Responsibilities

• Direct operations with a team of functional managers and front-line supervisors.
• Ensure customer and employee satisfaction while improving efficiency of labor, materials, and service.
• Serve as an operational and sales leader responsible for branch growth and general management.
• Oversee P&L, branch sales, productivity, fleet management, safety, and overall operations in the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute overall strategy in collaboration with the ownership group.
• Assist with identification and integration of other residential services businesses as needed.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a related field preferred.
• Required licenses and/or ability to qualify is a positive.
• Combination of degree and work experience is considered.
• Management experience is a plus.
