About the position

The General Manager at The HUB Stadium will lead and develop all aspects of a multi-million-dollar revenue center in the hospitality and entertainment industry. This role requires a strong background in hospitality, with responsibilities including setting business objectives, conducting performance reviews, and providing financial oversight. The General Manager will ensure compliance with regulations, develop staff, and create a quality environment focused on guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team on key planning issues and business operations decisions.
  • Set business objectives and performance goals for each department.
  • Conduct meetings with department heads to review and monitor procedures and performance.
  • Provide financial oversight and monitoring, preparing and presenting financial and operations reports to senior management.
  • Create a quality environment through staffing, evaluations, and maintenance.
  • Oversee scheduled inventories and ensure proper administration processes are followed.
  • Ensure all expense control systems are in place with close monitoring of all department expenses including revenue to payroll ratio.
  • Work with various teams to develop and implement promotions and new ideas.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local food sanitation and safety regulations.
  • Assist in selecting and developing a qualified staff of Service Excellence Employees.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in a senior leadership role in the restaurant or entertainment field.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Proven problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead teams from all departments.
  • Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, and employee management.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelines.
  • Experience with budget and business plan development.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Food and Beverage Management (7 years preferred).
