About the position

The General Manager at Sky Zone Trampoline Park is responsible for overseeing the successful operation of the park in Schererville, IN. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while achieving financial and operational goals. The General Manager will lead a team, manage budgets, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met, all while fostering a culture of customer service and staff development.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction to individual team members, ensuring overall operational excellence.
  • Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, safety, and cleanliness, maintaining Sky Zone's commitment to providing a positive and memorable experience for guests.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement regional marketing strategies, drive sales initiatives, and promote special events to boost attendance and revenue.
  • Implement and enforce operational standards, safety protocols, and quality control measures to ensure a consistent and high-quality guest experience.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on the performance of each location, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a successful multi-unit manager, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, or leisure industry.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading large teams.
  • Knowledge of the entertainment and leisure industry trends.
