The General Manager at HOTWORX is responsible for overseeing the operations of a 24-hour infrared fitness studio, focusing on membership sales, customer service, and team management. This role involves meeting sales goals, promoting the HOTWORX brand, and ensuring a positive experience for all members. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and a strong background in sales management.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed membership sales goals.
• Work as a team player to grow the member base through sales and onboarding new members.
• Provide superior customer service to retain long-term members.
• Promote the HOTWORX brand and services in the community through outreach efforts.
• Motivate and lead the membership sales team to achieve personal sales goals.
• Coach sales staff to help them meet their personal sales goals.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience is preferred.
• Strong interest in helping others feel and look their best.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Experience in customer service for at least 1 year.

Nice-to-haves

• Valid Driver's License.
• Experience in sales management.
