About the position

The General Manager in Training at Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores is responsible for overseeing the operations of a travel stop location, including the store, restaurant, and tire care services. Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the store, restaurant, and tire care operations.
• Ensure teams focus on customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Promote sales growth through effective merchandise execution.
• Train and supervise a team of 5-10 employees.
• Effectively manage budgets and P&L statements.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to various roles as needed.

Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience in retail, travel stop, or c-store management.
• 2 or more years of experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2 Million or more.
• 2 or more years of experience with budgets and P&L statements.
• 2 or more years of experience supervising and training employees.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
