About the position

Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing daily operations to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a team and manage processes to grow sales and meet organizational goals.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through regular maintenance and safety checks.
  • Drive sales through effective inventory management and merchandising standards.
  • Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with managers in talent acquisition efforts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in retail, travel stop, or convenience store management.
  • 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+ million.
  • 2+ years of experience with budgets and P&L statements.
  • 2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
  • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
