The Operations Manager at Love's is responsible for overseeing daily operations to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple business operations including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
  • Ensure facility cleanliness and maintenance through safety checks and equipment upkeep.
  • Drive sales through effective ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
  • Assist the General Manager with task execution, schedule integrity, and reporting.
  • Analyze profit and loss statements to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition efforts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in retail, travel stop, c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management.
  • 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+ million.
  • 2+ years of experience with budgets and P&L statements.
  • 2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
  • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
