About the position
As an Operations Manager at Love's, you will oversee the store, restaurant, and tire care operations within a Love's Travel Stop location. This role emphasizes customer service and team performance, ensuring that all aspects of the location are managed effectively to promote sales growth and deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the store, restaurant, and tire care operations.
- Ensure teams focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- Promote sales growth through effective merchandise execution.
- Train and supervise employees to deliver world-class service.
- Adjust operations based on customer feedback and performance metrics.
Requirements
- 2 or more years of management experience in retail, travel stop, c-store, big box, grocery, or department store.
- 2 or more years of experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2 Million or more.
- 2 or more years of experience with budgets and P&L statements.
- 2 or more years of experience supervising and training 5-10 employees.
- Valid Driver License.
- Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
