About the position

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the location, including store, restaurant, and tire care operations.
• Ensure teams focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Promote sales growth through effective merchandise execution.
• Train and supervise a team of 5-10 employees.
• Effectively manage budgets and P&L statements.
• Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience in retail, travel stop, or similar management roles.
• 2 or more years of experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2 million or more.
• 2 or more years of experience in budgeting and P&L analysis.
• Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Valid Driver's License.
