About the position

The Operations Manager at Love's is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the location, including store, restaurant, and tire care operations. Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the location including store, restaurant, and tire care operations.
• Ensure teams focus on customer service and satisfaction.
• Promote sales growth through effective merchandise execution.
• Train and supervise a team of 5-10 employees.
• Effectively manage budgets and P&L statements.
• Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• 2 or more years of management experience in retail, travel stop, c-store, big box, grocery, or department store.
• 2 or more years of experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2 Million or more.
• 2 or more years of experience with budgets and P&L statements.
• 2 or more years of experience supervising and training employees.
• Valid Driver License required.
• Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
