About the position

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the general operations of the store and ensure a safe work environment for associates.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure compliance with corporate objectives.
  • Oversee daily maintenance and cleanliness of the store and stock areas.
  • Conduct weekly management staff meetings and ensure effective training of associates.
  • Recruit and promote associates for management positions.
  • Lead by example and challenge associates to improve sales and control expenses.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Previous retail management experience, preferably in hardware.
  • 5 years of experience in retail management, customer service, and retail sales.

Nice-to-haves
