As a General Manager you will be responsible for overseeing facility operations, sales and marketing, hiring and recruiting, and employee training and management. This role requires a commitment to professional development and career advancement, ensuring a great work environment for all staff.

Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must be willing and able to work nights Mon-Fri from 4pm to 1am and Sat-Sun shifts between 6am and 1am.
- 1+ years successful sales experience
- 1+ years formal leadership/Supervisory experience
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
Nice-to-haves
- Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS!
- Soccer knowledge and/or experience as a player, coach, or working in a soccer related business.
