About the position

The General Manager at Little Caesars is responsible for overseeing the restaurant's operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales and profitability goals. This role involves building and supervising a team, motivating staff, and ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures. The Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency and addressing any issues that arise during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Build and supervise a team to achieve customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability goals.
• Motivate, direct, and coach colleagues during each shift.
• Ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner according to company procedures.
• Supervise all colleagues, including those under the age of 18.
• Prepare the restaurant to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction with service and products.
• Support the Owner and/or Area Supervisor in building sales and controlling costs.
• Troubleshoot operational problems and find acceptable solutions.

Requirements

• Mid-level management experience in a restaurant or similar environment.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Ability to motivate and coach staff effectively.
• Experience in customer service and satisfaction management.
• Knowledge of cost-control tools and processes.
