Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and hold department accountabilities
• Develop and execute business plans including sales and GM dollars to budget
• Manage capital expenditure planning
• Oversee inventory management including inventory turns, cycle counts, and replenishment
• Control operations costs related to equipment and labor
• Ensure efficient truck turnaround time and equipment utilization
• Promote a safety culture within the organization

Requirements

• Strong business acumen and leadership experience
• Experience managing multiple areas of a company
• Background in lean principles
• Experience in building materials, lumber yard, or residential building outside sales
