The General Manager for Mobile Maintenance at Sports Field Solutions is responsible for overseeing the delivery of premium athletic field and facility maintenance services to various clients. The General Manager will also focus on sales and business development, operations management, client engagement, and financial oversight to ensure the division's success.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of maintenance and sports field specialists.
• Drive new sales initiatives for sports field construction/maintenance and landscape services.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in service delivery.
• Review all sales teams' estimates for new projects and maintenance contracts.
• Meet with clients to discuss their needs and ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
• Monitor and manage the division's budget, ensuring financial goals are met.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business management, horticulture, turf management, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in landscape maintenance or sports field management.
• Proven track record in sales and business development preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of landscaping and turf management best practices.
• Proficient in project management and estimating software.
