The General Manager at BOJ of WNC, LLC plays a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of the restaurant. The General Manager will have the final responsibility for recruitment, selection, development, appraisal, and, when necessary, the disciplining and termination of employees, all in accordance with established policies and procedures of BOJ of WNC, LLC and applicable state and federal regulations. Effective scheduling of managers and crew is crucial, ensuring compliance with current management labor guidelines. The GM must maintain high standards of employee appearance and conduct to create a pleasant environment for customers. Training of managers and crew is essential to meet both present and future needs, following the training guidelines established by the company. The General Manager will also manage the physical facility, ensuring that the equipment and exterior appearance of the store are in first-class condition. Maintaining a clean and pleasant environment for customers is a priority, with a health rating of no less than 95. The GM will effectively manage food and supplies, including ordering, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with food quality and safety standards. Additionally, the General Manager will handle cash management, complete necessary reports, and engage in local store marketing to foster community relationships. Safety and security for both customers and employees are paramount, and the GM must ensure adherence to all company policies.
