About the position
The General Manager of Food & Beverage Operations at Levy is responsible for overseeing the food and beverage services at the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta United FC training facilities. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring compliance with hospitality standards and operational efficiency. The manager will lead a team, maintain positive guest relationships, and engage in financial goals to enhance the overall dining experience for players, coaches, and staff.
Responsibilities
- Maintain positive guest relationships and obtain regular feedback through table visits.
- Train team members on brand clarity, menu, wine, and beverage knowledge.
- Promote a positive work environment through effective hiring and team engagement.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and business regulations, including responsible alcohol service and safety standards.
- Engage in financial goals with support from the Director of Operations.
- Employ good safety and sanitation practices in all operations.
- Execute daily reporting and inventory controls in a timely manner.
- Ensure adherence to Levy guidelines and fulfill guest-specific service requests.
- Oversee function setups and breakdowns efficiently and correctly.
- Hold team accountable to service standards for great guest service.
- Provide necessary tools and resources for team members to perform their jobs effectively.
- Utilize performance management tools to guide and provide feedback to team members.
- Conduct regular meetings to maintain open communication between management and staff.
- Interview, hire, train, and develop team members according to Levy guidelines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational position.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Passion for hospitality, food, and retail.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
