About the position

The General Manager of Special Events at Levy is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of events at Churchill Downs, ensuring that client visions are realized through meticulous planning and coordination. This role involves collaboration with clients, internal teams, and vendors, managing budgets, and maintaining high standards of service and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss event details and requirements

• Create detailed event reports and evaluations

Requirements
