About the position

The General Manager will lead a historic hospitality venue, combining traditional elegance with modern amenities. This role focuses on enhancing guest experiences, managing daily operations, and fostering a positive work environment while upholding high service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and cultivate a positive work environment.
  • Involved in the hiring and training of staff members.
  • Manage restaurant services, catering events, and Inn operations.
  • Ensure the facility is safe and impeccably clean.
  • Handle inventory, ordering, costing, and COGS.
  • Supervise the management of restaurant services and off-premise events.

Requirements

  • Exceptional leadership and management abilities.
  • Extensive understanding of North Eastern cuisine and seasonal changes.
  • Willingness to learn and openness to coaching.
  • Prior experience in food and beverage management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle pressure effectively.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing full-service restaurant concepts.
