About The Position

  • Experience in a cross-functional team environment and proven change management leadership capability.
  • Strong analytical skills and political organization acumen.

  • Ability to forge solid relationships with external constituents.

Responsibilities

  • Direct all airport operations and manage a team of front-line managers and support staff.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and employee engagement while building a culture of accountability and integrity.
  • Manage the airport's P&L, achieving annual revenue and EBITDA goals.
  • Apply continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma to enhance productivity and service quality.
  • Develop new business opportunities related to airport services and vending.
  • Oversee cash collection and maintenance of equipment.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the airport community and peers at Smarte Carte.
