About the position

The General Manager for the Perfect Moment Pop Up in SoHo will lead and inspire a dynamic store team to create exceptional customer experiences while driving store performance to meet business goals. This role involves recruiting talent, maintaining store standards, executing sales strategies, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Influence and inspire a team to create memorable in-store experiences and foster a positive environment
• Ideate, create and execute action plans to drive sales and client engagement
• Recruit top talent for all positions in store; Sales Associates and Sales Supervisors
• Ensure store standards are maintained by delegating tasks amongst cleanliness, visual merchandising, and operational tasks
• Curate and execute fruitful in-store activations and support with new store openings as needed
• Embrace learning and leveraging new technologies, systems, apps, etc.
• Ability to operate independently and work effectively under pressure
• Build out team schedule while managing payroll effectively
• Keep an agile work schedule to support business needs, including days, nights, weekends, holidays

Requirements

• 4+ years of direct management experience
• 5+ years of customer service and/or Luxury Retail experience; background in similar category preferred
• Must be at least 18+ years of age
• Maintain an active floor presence, including standing + walking for extended periods of time
• Comfortability using a ladder and lifting a maximum of 50lbs

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Shopify, Endear, Slack, Google Office is a plus
