Responsibilities

• Lead a team in a fast-paced service organization with a proven track record of growing business across multiple trades.
• Interpret, dissect, and analyze data to improve organizational performance.
• Use the P&L to drive growth and manage costs by influencing team member behaviors.
• Set expectations for all team members to foster a culture of accountability.
• Monitor and pivot as necessary to control all COGS and expenses.
• Lead staff to achieve high customer satisfaction and team member engagement.
• Set individual goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for all positions and coach them to success.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years leading teams servicing Business to Business markets, preferably in residential home services.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience successfully leading a fast-paced service organization with a proven track record of growing a business.
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong financial acumen: able to create and interpret KPIs, understand a company's financial statements, and drive activity based on this information.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy.
• Proven track record in building and managing teams, developing best practices, and operational infrastructure to facilitate rapid growth and profitability.
