About the position

The Guest Experience Manager at The Little Grand Market is responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for all guests while driving revenue growth and maintaining high customer satisfaction. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in hospitality management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to analyze financial data. The position involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff and chef partner relations, and working closely with the team to maintain a strong culture and guest engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations at The Little Grand Market, ensuring strong operations, cleanliness, team morale, and guest satisfaction.
  • Write team schedules, considering special events or programming.
  • Review monthly P&L statements and complete monthly expense reports.
  • Coach, mentor, and strengthen team relationships, conducting weekly management meetings and quarterly one-on-one meetings with associates.
  • Help oversee and maintain strong chef partner relationships, including sending rent invoices and conducting monthly meetings.
  • Review the monthly social media strategy and provide feedback on analytics and strategy success.
  • Assist in planning and executing small and large scale events, ensuring all teams are prepared with supplies and staffing.
  • Submit payroll bi-weekly and monitor Paid Time Off and Petty Cash.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and monitor Google and Yelp reviews, working with the Brand team to address feedback.
  • Meet with representatives to strengthen partnerships and oversee offerings on the ThriveCard.
  • Organize and document all HR-related topics and use the project management tool Asana for organization.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in hospitality management.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial data.

  • Knowledge of project management tools like Asana.
