• Effectively manages and is accountable for P&L results.

• Controls food cost components of the entire restaurant.
• Ensures exceptional product quality.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a Restaurant General Manager role.
• Successful track record with SOS in DT.
• Shoulder to Shoulder Leadership Style.
• A problem-solver who remains calm, friendly, and approachable.
• Knowledge of P&L and all controllables.
• Developer of people.
