About the position

As the General Manager of Sales and Operations at ResQ, you will be responsible for driving growth and aligning operations with strategic goals. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and strategic thinking to manage multiple departments effectively and build high-performance teams.

Responsibilities

  • Convert leads from the Marketing Team into closed deals.
  • Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and track performance trends weekly.
  • Supervise field teams to meet service standards and customer expectations.
  • Deliver high-quality services and manage customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors like Home Depot, Jon-Don, and Abatix to secure the best pricing.
  • Report all procurement data to the CPA and Bookkeeper to ensure proper budgeting and transparency.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure full utilization of the CRM system.
  • Identify ways to enhance operations with technology and submit CRM utilization reports quarterly.
  • Work with the Attorney to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Manage contracts and dispute resolution with vendors and customers.
  • Meet quarterly with the VP of Operations to align sales goals with company strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director to oversee departmental performance and lead improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and operations management.

  • Experience in vendor relations and financial coordination.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and technology management.
  • Knowledge of legal compliance and contract management.
