About the position

As a General Manager at West Shore Home, you will lead branch operations in the residential remodeling sector, focusing on sales and installation teams. Your role will involve strategic planning, team leadership, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, all while driving the mission of delivering a convenient home remodeling experience to homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Receive strategic expectations from the CEO and develop plans to achieve branch targets for sales and operations.
• Work closely with the In-Home Sales Manager to improve sales systems and practices, providing coaching and monitoring daily performance.
• Collaborate with Installation Managers to enhance installation systems and ensure revenue targets are met.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager for inventory management and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety guidelines in the field and warehouse.
• Review financials monthly and present analysis to the CEO and CFO.
• Monitor office headcount to manage hiring and training needs.
• Represent West Shore Home at community and philanthropic events.

Requirements

• Industry knowledge and proven success in the Construction and Home Improvement industry.
• Strong focus on customer service.
• Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to overcome obstacles.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team success and employee engagement.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
