About the position

The Restaurant General Manager at Love's is responsible for overseeing all operations within the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and team performance. This role empowers managers to act as owner-operators, managing all aspects of their location while promoting sales growth and maintaining a clean and efficient facility. Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations in the restaurant to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Direct and coordinate activities to better serve customers.
• Manage daily operations and perform managerial duties.
• Train and supervise a team of 5-10 employees.
• Monitor and affect budgets and P&L statements.
• Promote sales growth through effective merchandise execution.

Requirements

• 1+ years of restaurant management experience.
• 1+ years managing operations with annual sales volume of $1+ million.
• 1+ years of experience with budgets and P&L statements.
• 1+ years of experience supervising and training employees.
• Proven track record of maintaining a clean facility and providing quality products.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs regularly.
• Intermediate PC skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel.
