About the position

The Restaurant General Manager at Love's is responsible for overseeing all operations within the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and team performance. This role empowers managers to act as owner-operators, managing all aspects of the location while promoting sales growth and maintaining a clean and efficient facility. Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations in the restaurant.
• Direct and coordinate activities to better serve customers.
• Ensure teams focus on customer satisfaction in all aspects of service.
• Promote sales growth through effective merchandise execution.
• Train and supervise a team of 5-10 employees.

Requirements

• 1+ years of restaurant management experience.
• 1+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1+ million.
• 1+ years of experience with budgets and P&L statements.
• Proven track record of providing quality products and maintaining a clean facility.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs regularly.
• Intermediate PC skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel.
