About the position

The General Manager / Retail Clinic Manager at Options Medical Weight Loss is responsible for leading all aspects of a clinic, ensuring it meets or exceeds a revenue target of $100k/month. This role emphasizes clinic and staff development, patient care, and sales performance, while also managing the clinic's P&L. The Clinic Manager will drive new patient acquisition, retention, and satisfaction, while fostering a high-performance culture within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all operations within the clinic, ensuring a motivated and effective team.
  • Own the clinic P&L and drive profitability performance.
  • Manage patient care and sales teams to meet business goals.
  • Coach and develop new sales team members to meet KPI standards.
  • Ensure high levels of patient care and satisfaction.
  • Create a KPI-driven culture focusing on retention and lead generation.
  • Build and sustain a high-performance culture through team development.
  • Evaluate employee performance and recommend promotions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Options programs and train staff accordingly.
  • Work with the Regional Director to establish objectives and goals.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Five years in a management role within the weight loss, retail, medical spa, or related industry required.
  • Three years of experience in a sales role.
  • Three years of inventory and budget management experience.
  • Three years of people management experience, including setting and reaching quotas.
  • Two years of interviewing and selection experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a medical or wellness environment.
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA and OSHA protocols.
