The General Manager will foster a positive work culture, manage budgets, and maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the QSR.
• Lead a team to achieve targeted financial and performance metrics.
• Maintain operating budgets, inventory controls, and food/labor costs.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and food safety requirements.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a strong team to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Monitor and enforce cash handling policies and procedures.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with support partners such as Brand Partners and Human Resources.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience as a supervisor or unit-level manager in a quick service restaurant.
• ServSafe Certification.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
