Requirements

• Proven experience in a management role, such as Sales Manager, Operations Manager, or General Manager, preferably within the wellness or service industry.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Organizational expertise to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Customer service-focused with the ability to engage and retain clients.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
