Elements Massage® is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Manager / Operations Manager to oversee the sales and operations of our Massage Therapy wellness studio located in Santa Clarita, California. This management position offers a unique opportunity for growth within the wellness industry, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the studio operates smoothly and efficiently. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing effective sales strategies, managing daily operations, and fostering a positive environment for both staff and clients. Your leadership will be essential in driving the studio's success and enhancing the therapeutic benefits of massage therapy for our clients. In this role, you will be expected to lead a team of professionals, ensuring that all operations run seamlessly. You will implement structure, policies, and procedures that align with the studio's goals and objectives. Your customer service orientation will be vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients, while your problem-solving skills will help you address any challenges that arise. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with clients and staff regularly. Additionally, you will be responsible for training and motivating your team, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a background in management, particularly in sales or operations, and possess excellent organizational and project management skills. Responsibilities

  • Oversee sales and operations for the massage therapy wellness studio.
  • Implement structure, policies, and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Identify and solve problems effectively, setting clear expectations and goals for the team.
  • Communicate confidently with staff and clients, both verbally and in writing.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staffing for peak times, including nights and weekends.

Requirements

  • Experience in management, particularly as a sales manager, operations manager, or general manager.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to organize and lead a team effectively.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence and clarity.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
