Amazing Lash Studio® is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee sales and operations at our eyelash extension and eyebrow service studio in Fort Worth, TX. This is a full-time management position that offers significant growth opportunities within the beauty industry. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing operations, and leading a high-performing team to achieve and exceed sales and financial goals. This role is not for those seeking a non-selling office job; you will be actively involved in selling and promoting our services while ensuring a positive and engaging environment for both staff and customers. In this hands-on role, you will serve as a role model for your team, providing continuous feedback and motivation. You will be responsible for creating a positive culture through team recognition and studio contests, while also maintaining an impeccable and clean studio environment. Your responsibilities will include creating schedules, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will be expected to greet and assist guests, responding quickly to their questions and needs, thereby enhancing their overall experience at Amazing Lash Studio®. To succeed in this role, you must have proven experience leading a team of at least 10 people, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales and financial goals. Strong leadership skills are essential, as you will need to organize and efficiently lead your team to ensure smooth operations. Given our studio's extended hours of operation, open availability is a must. You should possess excellent problem-solving abilities, set clear expectations and goals, and be able to delegate tasks effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence, are also critical. Familiarity with MindBody Software is a plus, as is the ability to train and motivate your team effectively.
