About the position

Amazing Lash Studio® is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager / Operations Manager to lead our eyelash extension and eyebrow service studio. This is not just a management position; it is a hands-on role that requires a passion for sales and a commitment to fostering a high-performing team. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales and operational activities within the studio, ensuring that both individual and team sales goals are consistently met or exceeded. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and motivating work environment, where team recognition and studio contests are part of the culture. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining a friendly atmosphere for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service from the moment they walk in the door. In this role, you will be expected to lead by example, providing continuous feedback and support to your team. You will be responsible for creating schedules, managing inventory, and ensuring that the studio is impeccably maintained.
