Elements Massage® is seeking a Sales Manager/Operations Manager to oversee sales and operations at a Massage Therapy wellness studio. This management position offers growth opportunities within the wellness industry, focusing on leading a team and ensuring smooth operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operations for the massage therapy wellness studio.
• Lead and manage a team to ensure efficient operations.
• Implement structure, policies, and procedures for the studio.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client needs.
• Identify problems and set expectations and goals for the team.
• Delegate tasks effectively to team members.
• Train and motivate staff to achieve performance goals.

Requirements

• Experience in management, particularly as a sales manager, operations manager, or general manager.
• Excellent leadership skills to lead a team efficiently.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to identify problems and set expectations and goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and some holidays.
