About the position

Elements Massage® is seeking a dedicated and experienced sales manager / operations manager to lead our Massage Therapy wellness studio. This management position offers a unique opportunity for growth within the wellness industry, where you will oversee both sales and operational functions to ensure the studio runs efficiently and effectively. As a studio manager, you will play a crucial role in promoting the therapeutic benefits of massage therapy while fostering a positive and productive work environment for your team. Your leadership will be instrumental in implementing structured policies and procedures that enhance customer service and operational excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, ensuring that all operations are conducted smoothly and that sales targets are met. You will need to possess strong organizational skills to manage various aspects of the studio, including staff training, customer relations, and sales strategies. Your ability to identify problems and develop effective solutions will be key to your success. You will also be expected to set clear expectations and goals for your team, delegating tasks effectively to ensure that everyone is aligned and working towards common objectives. The ideal candidate will have a background in management, particularly in sales or operations, and will be customer service-oriented. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with both staff and clients regularly. Additionally, experience with MindBody Software is a plus, as it will aid in managing studio operations efficiently. Flexibility in working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required to meet the demands of the business and support your team effectively.
