About the position

Elements Massage® is seeking a General Manager / Sales and Operations Manager to oversee the sales and operational functions of a Massage Therapy wellness studio. This role is pivotal in ensuring the studio runs efficiently while promoting the therapeutic benefits of massage therapy. The ideal candidate will have a strong management background and a passion for wellness, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operations for the massage therapy wellness studio.
• Implement structure, policies, and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals and maintain high customer service standards.
• Identify and solve problems effectively, setting clear expectations and goals for the team.
• Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staffing for flexible days and hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Experience in management, particularly as a sales manager, operations manager, or general manager.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to organize and lead a team efficiently.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate confidently with team members and clients.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
