About the position

The Studio Manager at Elements Massage is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the sales and operations of a massage and skincare studio in Clifton Park, NY. This position focuses on ensuring a high-quality experience for clients and team members while driving membership growth and maintaining operational excellence. The Studio Manager will coach and develop staff, enforce organizational standards, and implement policies that align with the studio's objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily staff and administrative operations of the Elements Massage studio.
• Ensure the studio provides the best in class experience for clients and team members.
• Coach, mentor, and develop studio staff to maintain high standards.
• Strive to meet established studio goals in member growth and staffing levels.
• Demonstrate desired behavior for staff focusing on sales, customer service, and member retention.
• Provide strong leadership and managerial presence with clients and employees.
• Maintain quality service by enforcing organization standards and cleanliness.
• Manage studio team including sales and customer service goal setting and mentoring.
• Ensure execution of the proprietary client service model.
• Design and implement local studio policies and procedures that align with organizational objectives.
• Assist studio owner in setting and achieving profit goals.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years experience in retail or spa management with sales of $1 million per year or more.
• Excellent leadership skills to lead a team efficiently.
• Strength in implementing structure, policies, and procedures.
• Customer service oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with strong project management abilities.
• Ability to work flexible days and hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Competent trainer and motivator.
• MindBody Software experience is a plus.
